The ideas keep flowing....

Ideas have been racing through my mind all day. Here's some things I am thinking of adding to my hyena cart:

• Upcycled longies
• Stuffed Monster Toys
• Tutus
• Bows
• Friendship bracelets
• Amber necklaces
• Gently used clothing
• Beaded jewelery
• Pillowcase dresses

I am sure I will experiment with so much more and find what I am good at. I can't wait to get started on some of these items and see how they turn out!!!!

Yes!!

My hyena cart is up and running! I am so excited. I have listed my first two products on there. Today I will be brainstorming some ideas for my store and maybe even making trips to Michael's and Joann's. Those places always get me in trouble! I could spend hours browsing. I have some ideas for sewing, and for key chains. Very excited to get started. Hopefully the girls will cooperate today so I can get some work done!

Here We go!!!

This has been a long time coming. I have been a stay at home mom for almost 2 years now. I love it, but always felt like I could start my own business to help contribute to the family funds. It was a matter of figuring out what I liked doing and what I was good at.

I tried sewing, and I am not so bad at that. I made diaper covers for my little girl who was born 1/3/11. They turned out good, but I need to tweak a few things before they are perfect. I have a lot of ideas when it comes to sewing and crafting and this is a great way for me to get all my ideas out.

I have recently found a love for making hemp jewelry. I have been experimenting with different knots and beads and I realized I am pretty good at it. I talked things over with my husband, and Three Little Birds was born. I plan on making a little of everything. My store will have a nice hodgepodge of homeade items. I am excited to get things rolling and hope to do well. Wish me luck!!! Here are some examples of things I have worked on :)
